JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,323,504,506,307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons came to the house of the informant when the petitioner abused and assaulted the wife of the informant namely Gulia Devi and also pressed her neck, thereafter the accused person took away the brief case and the petitioner snatched gold ear ring of the informant's wife. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no substantial injury was caused to the informant's wife and there is counter version of the occurrence also. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.102 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
