====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2015 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 17.11.2012 by which the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, has allowed maintenance of only Rs.3,000/- to the Petitioner in Maintenance Case No. 75 (M) of 2005. On the last occasion, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 on submission of the Petitioner that even the interim maintenance amount of Rs.3,000/- is not being deposited by him regularly.

The counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submits that he has no instruction with regard to the said grievance.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.718 of 2013 dt.18-05-2015 2/2 Considering that the impugned order has considered all aspects of the matter after which the Court below has fixed Rs.3,000/- per month, I do not find any illegality in the same. The application stands disposed off with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, to take all stringent steps against the Opposite Party for ensuring compliance of the order in connection with Maintenance Case No. 75(M) of 2005.
