The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant went to ease out on 26.12.2014 at 5.00 A.M., when this petitioner tried to catch hold of her with bad intention and snatched chain, when the informant went to the house of the petitioner to make complain then he was assaulted by the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 25.12.2014 the sister of the petitioner was kidnapped by the son of the informant. The petitioner's side filed Runisaidpur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015 on 01.01.2015 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42800 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 hence in order to save the skin from the case lodged by the petitioner's side, the present case has been lodged. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 594 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
