NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga (hereinafter referred to as, 'the University'). Petitioner retired from the post of Associate Professor, Department of Zoology, C.M.J. Science College, Darbhanga, with effect from 31.03.2016. In this writ application, the petitioner claims leave encashment, DDA from 1981 to 1989, DA and HRA from 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2006, GIC full amount and payment of salary for 88 days strike period.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6718 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of claim, made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3, the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga, which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount, due to the petitioner, shall be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner through registered post.

The writ application stands disposed off.
