Petitioner seeks bail in Dasari P.S. Case No. 36 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1b)/a/26/35 of the Arms act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of country made loaded pistol with one live cartridge from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.01.2022.

As there is recovery of Arms from the possession of petitioner I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21999 of 2022(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 rejected.
