JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2024 This is an application for quashing the order dated 02.02.2023 by which learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Exclusive Special Court (POCSO Act), Patna charged the petitioner under Section 363, 376 of the I.P.C. and under Section 4, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act in Special Case No. (POCSO) 101 of 2022 arising out of By-pass P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022 and for quashing the entire criminal proceeding, pending before the court below.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points at an appropriate stage.
