The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 471 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 447, 324, 352, 307, 504, 506, 509, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute arose on account of construction of boundary wall. It is further submitted that the injury alleged to have been made by these petitioners by means of Sickle (Hasua), has not been found on the injured person, which stands demonstrated by Annexure-3. No.43285 of 2015 (4) dt.19-01-2016 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 471 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
