The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 471 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 447, 324, 352, 307, 504, 506, 509, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute arose on account of construction of boundary wall. It is further submitted that the injury alleged to have been made by these petitioners by means of Sickle (Hasua), has not been found on the injured person, which stands demonstrated by Annexure-3.
