Petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.10.2016 in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged after the dead body of Chhotu Kumar was found by his parents. The petitioner and others are suspected to have murdered Chhotu Kumar as co-accused Shibnath Paswan had threatened a day before the occurrence to kill him.

Submission is that all the accused persons except the petitioner who are arrested during investigation have been allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51777 of 2016 (2) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.10.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Case No.39994 of 2016. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No.260 of 2016.
