Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act Co-accused-Ramendra Singh, the father of this petitioner, caused injury with spear at the chest of the father of the informant, which caused death. The Doctor has found lacerated wound at the chest of the deceased which was caused due to stab leading to damage of lungs and heart. Though there is allegation against the petitioner and others that they had fired but the allegation is not specific nor any firearm injury was found on the person of any of the injured. Petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2019. Investigation of the case is already

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Shahpur Police Station Case No.208 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
