The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner got job of teacher on the basis of forged credential especially of a physical trained certificate.

Submission is that the certificate is yet to be verified whether it is genuine or forged. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.01.2019. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

No.24835 of 2019(3) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.7 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
