JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 554B, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of molestation of informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 12.8.2016. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact. Allegation made is denied by petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner may be released after completion of three months in custody, i.e., from 12.8.2016.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail after completion of three months in custody, i.e., from 12.8.2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
