Petitioner retired as a University Professor, Department of Chemistry from the University on 31.08.2018 and claims leave encashment, DDA from 1981 to 1989, DA and HRA from 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2010 and full payment of GIC as well as salary for the strike period of 88 days.
