Petitioner is an accused in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 & 4 of the Explosive Substance Act as also under Section 182(A) of the M.V. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.06.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
