JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2020 Heard Mr. Navnit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey, learned Additional Advocate General No. 15 for the State. It appears from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State that most of the retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, some amount according to the petitioner is still left to be paid. In that event, this court directs that in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6150 of 2019(3) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 event the petitioner filing a requisite representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga within a period of eight weeks, the same shall be looked into by the concerned respondent. The facts would be verified and if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary orders shall be passed within a further period of eight weeks and such order shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
