2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

Patna High Court MJC No.1234 of 2020(4) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 28.02.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 22416 of 2019."

3. The show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party no. 8 and learned State counsel has taken this Court to the decision taken by the office of the District Education Officer, Saran dated 12.12.2021 where in the list so prepared, the name of the petitioner is at serial number 19.

4. This Court is convinced that the order stands complied, if the petitioner still has any grievance can very well agitate the matter, granting said liberty, the MJC No. 1234 of 2020 is disposed of.
