From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, it appears that the admitted dues have been paid to the petitioner though after filing of the writ petition. Copy of the counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner in January, 2014 but no rejoinder has been filed disputing the averments made in the counter affidavit.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.
