JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That, by this application, the prayer of the petitioner for issuance of the direction to the concerned respondents to pay the petitioner the pay scale of Rs.14,500-25,700/- instead of the pay scale of Rs.6210-8740/- as is being paid to the newly recruit counter parts of the petitioner."
