The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

15 litres of liquor was allegedly being recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.01.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20008 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 786 of 2019 arising out of Patna Junction Police Case No. 19 of 2019 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
