2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Chaman P.S. Case No. 143/2023 registered on 22.11.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against nine named accused persons including the present petitioners against whom there is an allegation that they have assaulted the informant and his family members.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. From a bare reading of the FIR, it becomes clear that there is no specific allegation of act and overt act against the petitioners. He further submits that the specific allegation of assaults is there in the FIR, but it is against the other accused persons. The antecedent of the petitioners is clean and for the same date and place of occurrence, there is a case and counter case between the parties as the petitioners' side lodged Chanan P.S. Case No. 142/2023 whereas the informant's side has lodged the present case. In the said incident, both sides have received injuries. So far as the petitioners are concerned, there is no allegation against them save and except, that they were members of a mob.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail

No.25151 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 3/3 bond of ₹30000/- (thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.143/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
