ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-05-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order of none discharge dated 23.01.2013 passed by the S.D.J.M, Sadar Sitamarhi in G.R. No. 519 of 2000 arising out of Dumra P.S. Case No. 183 of 2000.

The case of the informant is that the petitioner did not hand over the entire cash while he was handing over charge to the next complainant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a total amount of Rs. 3,31,133/- was found due against the petitioner which he had allegedly not deposited on his retirement. His dues were calculated and the aforesaid amount was deducted from his leave encashment and the gratuity.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9401 of 2013 dt.19-05-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, since the allegations are of embezzlement, I see no merit in the application. Hence the same is dismissed.
