Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he along with others assaulted the deceased as a result whereof deceased died then and there but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Baran Yadav and another have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hilsa, Nalanda/ concerned court in Aungari P.S.
