This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Riga P.S.Case No. 286 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 447, 448, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 380, 435, 436, 427, 504, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation in the FIR against all 36 named accused persons and several not named. It is further submitted that similarly circumstanced accused persons have been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court by orders dated 16.08.2018, passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21440 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 Misc. No. 25445 of 2018, 22.06.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22807 of 2018, 07.06.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32976 of 2018 and 24.01.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3401 of 2019. Considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Riga P.S. Case No. 286 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
