The present petition has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 24.09.2018, passed by the learned court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Complaint no. 250 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to raise all the issues raised in the present petition
