The petitioner, who is a lady, is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 786 of 2019, arising out of Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 20.01.2019. He further submits that total 14 litres of liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she has remained in custody for more than two months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
