====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing.

This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 13.05.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13939 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No.13939 of 2020, in place of "Sri Vishwanath Singh, learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Jamui", it was wrongly typed as "Sri Rajkishore Rai learned Additional Sessions Judge2nd ,cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai" and the same defect has occurred in order dated 13.05.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13939 of 2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19965 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 In view of the aforesaid submissions, Cr. Misc. No.13939 of 2020 as well as in order dated 13.05.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13939 of 2020, in place of "Sri Rajkishore Rai learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd Cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai", it be read as "Sri Vishwanath Singh, learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cumSpecial Judge Excise Act, Jamui" and, accordingly, the order dated 13.05.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13939 of 2020 stands modified to the above stated extent and this modification petition stands disposed of.

The petitioner shall remove the defects as pointed out by the office within six weeks when the Court starts physical functioning. The Office shall place this petition before the Court for order, if the defects, as pointed out by the office, are not removed within the above stated period as fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this modification petition stands disposed of.
