In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mufasil (Motihari) P.S. Case No.318 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court for bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.8171 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 21.04.2016 rejected the bail application of the petitioner.

The petitioner is the informant, but during the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47279 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 investigation the police found that he is the main accused in the murder of his father.

This Court has called for the case diary and examined different paragraphs, which are sufficient not to grant relief to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on day to day basis.
