JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 Perused the report sent by the Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st, Vaishali at Hajipur dated 29.01.2019, wherein it has been stated that the trial is in the stage of evidence and though summons have been issued to six police personnel, however, none of them have turned up. It has been further stated that if the prosecution and defence cooperate, the trial is likely to be completed in four months. Having regard to the report submitted by the Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st, Vaishali at Hajipur, the said Court is directed to use coercive methods, if necessary, to secure attendance of the police witnesses and complete the trial within a period of six months from today. The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
