In view of the stand of the respondent State Bank of India brought on record in the counter affidavit as well as there being two rounds of litigation prior to the present case, the Court is not in a position to pass any further specific order with regard to payment of the petitioner which may be due and admitted. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, since with regard to leave encashment the respondents themselves have taken the stand that as per their record, no such leave is due but still the petitioner has been advised to make a detailed representation to Tarkaulia Branch regarding the claim, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a
Patna High Court CWJC No.11855 of 2012 dt.30-11-2015 2/2 detailed representation with regard to leave encashment before the appropriate authority within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, which shall be considered on its own merits and disposed off within three weeks of its filing.
