Petitioners seek bail in K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S.Case No.279 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of causing assault by the petitioners along with one another person to the father and the mother of the informant and snatching Rs.30,000/- from the pocket of the father of the informant and when the informant tried to pecify the matter he was also assaulted by the aforesaid accused persons.

Submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71272 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 against the petitioners and co-accused Md. Shahil has already been allowed the privilege of pre arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 9.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.46230/18. The petitioners are in jail custody since 20.09.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea, in K.Hat (Sahayak) P. S. Case No.279 of 2018.
