The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is lodged after two and half years of the alleged occurrence. It would appear from the Annexure nos. 2 and 3 to the supplementary affidavit that this is a case of purely civil dispute. Petitioner is a deed writer and Title Suit is also pending between the parties.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.4206 of 2017 (6) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
