Petitioner retired as Store Keeper from S.B.College at Ara with effect from 31.07.2012. He has prayed for payment of his remaining retiral benefits including gratuity, arrear of pension and group insurance for which he is represented before the Registrar of the University vide Annexure-5 dated 04.12.2018 which has not yet been disposed of. Considering the nature of claim made by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6639 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner file a fresh representation before the respondent no.3, The Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara enumerating his claims in detail which which will be disposed of by the respondent no.3 within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid along with admissible interest within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are in admissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. Writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
