JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Mrs. Anjum Perween, learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of Sri Anil Singh, learned counsel for the respondent /Railway seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Of- course, withdrawal was opposed by learned counsel for the Railway on the ground that petitioner is an unauthorized occupant of government quarter, the court is of the opinion that if petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition , there is no reason to refuse the prayer for withdrawal.

Accordingly , the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
