JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petitioner, the sole petitioner died. In the present writ petition, the claim was made for regularization. Since the petitioner has already died, keeping in view the prayer made in the writ petition, at the moment, no order can be passed regarding regularization. However, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GP-27, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of, so that in case of any arrear of claim in respect of the petitioner, if any, the wife of the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
