The petitioner seeks bail in Rajauli P.S. Case No.152 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant, a police official, alleged that the petitioner and others are indulged in manufacturing country made liquor but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Many other persons, whose names also surfaced in the case, have been granted bail vide order dated 09.09.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.56821 of 2019. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, petitioner, namely,
