2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 43 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 6 of POCSO Act.

3. Vide order dated 10.05.2024, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned Exclusive Special Judge POCSO Act-cum-A.D.J.-VI, Bhagalpur dated 14.05.2024 is kept at flag 'R', whereby it is submitted that the case is in the stage for Arguments and the time likely to be consumed in disposal of this case is at least 1 month from today.

4. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
