The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 95/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that she was married to Md. Amanullah on 21.05.2014, but when she went to her sasural, her husband and other in-laws including the petitioners subjected her to all sorts of torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law (unmarried Nanad) of the informant. They have falsely been

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. and Mr. Dinesh Jha learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submitted that there is specific allegation that the petitioners subjected the informant to all sorts of torture.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are in-laws of the informant, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 95/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
