Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506 and added under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R. the allegation against the petitioner is that he is involved in killing of the deceased. Learned counsel for the informant submits that few days back, when the charge was framed, the accused side came to Court with 30-40 persons to pressurize the prosecution and file a discharge application.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023.
