====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 308, 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. They are said to have assaulted the father of the informant. His injury report is Annexure-3.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the three injuries are simple.

Let petitioners above named surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter they be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) each with two sureties of the like
