JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

On theft being committed in the mobile shop of the informant, the F.I.R was lodged against unknown. During investigation, it was found that petitioner was using the stolen mobile.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with
