The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 800 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 498A, 120B, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that complainant had earlier filed Kutumba P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 against these petitioners and other accused persons under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code on 03.12.2014. In the aforesaid case the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail. It has further been submitted that petitioners are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14478 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 in-laws of the deceased.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 800 of 2014, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
