JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was allowed vide order dated 10.09.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.38500 of 2018 with condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order along with a bank draft of Rs.02/- lac payable in the name of Versa Kumari and if the aforesaid amount is deposited, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No.860/17. Now a petition has been filed for extension of time to deposit the same.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order. However, if the petitioner

No.66622 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from today before the learned trial court along with a bank draft of Rs.2/- lacs in the name of Versa Kumari, the learned court below shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each otherwise it be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed of.
