JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is allegation of rape against the petitioner and the aforesaid allegation has been supported by the informant in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is contradiction in the fardbeyan as well as statement of informant recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C and the medical report also does not support the allegation of rape, but I am not at all convinced with the aforesaid submission.

Taking note of the aforesaid submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection
