The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 11.06.2012 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Lakhisarai, by which he has refused to discharge the petitioner in Sessions Trial No. 760 of 2011. The case of the informant was that S.L.R. rifle had been purchased by the petitioner, kept in the bathan of Sushil Singh @ Dhori. When a search ensured, indeed a number of cartridges and S.L.R. rifle was recovered. The arrested persons stated that the articles belonged to the petitioner. Having considered the aforesaid evidence, I find that there are enough materials to put the petitioner on trial hence, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.680 of 2012 (5) dt.24-03-2015 conclude the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party. For this reason, he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Lakhisarai who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
