Perused the record.

This application filed, under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for transfer of Sessions Trial No. 239 of 2014, arising out of Civil Line P.S. Cse No. 154 of 2006, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 447 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, is apparently frivolous in view of the nature of the order passed by learned Sessions Judge, Gaya, dated 15.09.2016, passed in Misc. Petition No. 1245 of 2016, whereby, he has rejected the petitioner's request for transfer of the said sessions trial from the court of learned Addl. District Judge-V, Gaya to any other court.
