The petitioner has filed this modification petition and prayed to extend the time to deposit 20% of Rs.57,90,707/- vide order dated 21.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 31365/2016. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 31365/2016, on the undertaking that the petitioner was ready to deposit 20% of Rs.57,90,707/- within four months, but the petitioner deposited only Rs. 4,00,000/- and filed this petition for extension of the aforesaid period.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any reasonable ground to extend the period for deposit of 20% of the aforesaid amount. It appears that the petitioner intentionally
