Petitioner is grandmother-in-law of the victim is apprehending arrest in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 29/18 for the offence under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an old lady having no criminal antecedent and considering the age of the petitioner more than 66 years, the petitioner deserves consideration for grant of anticipatory bail. Considering the fact that petitioner is grand motherin-law of the deceased, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
