Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the present case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged vehicle. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2020.

Case No. 121 of 2019.
