Petitioner seeks bail in Raxaul P.S. Case No.32 of 2001 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Petitioner has clean antecedents. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. Name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of information given by the spy.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68701 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.32 of 2001, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
