No. 31552 of 2015 to the extent that husband of the petitioner was granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24410 of 2015 instead of the fact that husband of the petitioner was granted regular bail by learned court below.

The order dated 05.08.2015 passed in Cr.

Misc. No. 31552 of 2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

It is expected from learned Court below to consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, preferably on the same day, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks in connection with Medini Chowki P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42900 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed of.
