Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,414,341 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 27.02.2020.

Submission is that the charges have already been framed in this case and petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.20165 of 2020(2) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebganj Police Station Case No.432 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
